22 Years of Dedication: with children’s charity Adoption Matters

Emma Price, Administration Manager at children’s charity Adoption Matters’ Chester Head Office, recently marked her 40th birthday alongside an incredible 22-year journey with the children’s charity. Pictured below: Emma receiving her 40th gifts in the Chester office.

Starting as an apprentice in 2003, Emma has grown through various roles—from junior administrator to supervisor—before stepping into her current managerial position.

Reflecting on her time at the charity, Emma shares:

“I have truly enjoyed my years at Adoption Matters. The journey has kept me on my toes, evolving from an apprentice to my current role as Administration Manager. The continuous changes within the organisation keep things fresh and exciting, and now, with the launch of our new fostering service Foster Care Matters, I am looking forward to being part of the journey.”
