We are looking for experienced social work adoption practitioners who can cover a range of regions across the UK on a self employed basis.
Areas we are looking to cover are: South Yorkshire.
Please note, all sessional social workers undertaking assessments of prospective adopters must have a minimum of at least three years post-qualifying experience in child care social work, including direct experience of adoption work.
Adoption Matters is a registered children’s charity and one of the largest voluntary adoption agencies (VAAs) in the UK. We recruit, train and support individuals and families as adopters and offer them ongoing support and training for as long as they need it. We also provide support to birth families and adopted adults. We are the ONLY adoption agency in the North of England to have been rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted for the Four consecutive inspections.
