Jayden (2) is a happy, smiley boy who loves to be around people. He likes to make a lot of noise and pull funny faces. He eats and sleeps well, and is developing good self care skills. He is healthy and meeting all his developmental milestones.
Jayden has been in care since he was nine months old, and his foster carers would like to keep in touch with him as he grows up.
