Last year, Adoption Matters, along with the majority of voluntary adoption agencies across England, were involved in a project intended to underline the importance of our work in finding and supporting families for children in care and working in partnership with our colleagues in local authorities. As part of the initiative, agencies across the country opened their doors to enquiring adopters to host simultaneous information evenings on Big Adoption Day, to reinforce the message that adopters continue to be needed for our most vulnerable children in the care system.
We are delighted that Big Adoption Day will run again this year on Wednesday 29 March 2017 supported by the CVAA. and First4Adoption.
There aren’t many decisions that will change your life forever; but adopting a child is one of them.
If you’re considering adoption or just want to find out a bit more about what we do, why not come along to one of our Big Adoption Day information evenings or drop in events.
